About Hampton Terrace Hampton Terrace National Historic District is a proud part of the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association and just one of its local and national historic districts. Hampton Terrace is bounded roughly by Hillsborough Blvd on the South, Hanna Ave on the North, 15th St on the East, and Nebraska Ave on the West. It contains every architecturally significant home style of the 20's, 30's, and 40's (except prarie style) in a very small, walkable area. |
