Hampton Terrace has an active neighborhood watch that seeks to keep the neighborhood safe and clean.
Our big annual event is the children's Pumpkin Parade around Lake Roberta.
Hampton Terrace is home to a large number of community activities including picnics, parties, pot lucks, and parades. The holiday spirit is big here, with neighbors pooling together to decorate for Halloween and Christmas.
One of Tampa's historic districts, Hampton Terrace is unique in the large amount of architectural styles grouped together in such a small area. Over the last two decades, Hampton Terrace has seen a large number of its homes restored. These homes are often featured in the annual Seminole Heights Home Tour.
Volunteerism is strong in the neighborhood. We are involve ourselves in city projects, Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, trash walks, and yard rescues. There is always room for more hands on cleanup days! Please volunteer.
Hampton Terrace National Historic District is a proud part of the Seminole Heights neighborhood and just one of its local and national historic districts.
